Biography
Early guidance in the arts came came from my uncle, scupltor Gary Ross and my grandmother, Patricia Heinke. As very accomplished artists in their own right, they were invaluable in my younger years with their endless support of my artstic endeavours. As my desire for a greater grasp of technical skills grew I was led to The Florence Academy of Art and the tutelage of renowned sculptor Robert Bodem.
It was there I was given the skills to fully express my artistic vision. Upon graduation I was honored to take up the position of principal instructor of sculpture and drawing at the Barcelona Academy of Art. After my time in Spain I decided to move to a more indepedent approach to teaching. I have now begun instructing students privately in my studio in Clifton Virginia.
